Best Windows Installations in Arizona

This company is not recommended. The salesman sold us the wrong door types for some of the rooms. He was responsive in the beginning, and after some problems started to happen, he avoided our calls and messages. They installed the doors without painting them, because they do not offer that service, but installation could have been offered once we painted them ourselves. It took that much more work to personally remove all doors and hinges to paint and reinstall ourselves. Ridiculous. We waited many extra weeks to have the correct closet doors installed, and despite that, they had the wrong door handles, and had to come back twice just to finalize that problem. From the start of the process to the end, it was over five months. Lastly, they did not take final payment at the end of service, and blindsided us months later to pay the final balance. I couldn't be more dissatisfied.

We replaced all 23 windows in our home in Scottsdale. The windows are going great after two months. The windows reduced the heat that came through the old ones.  They also reduced sound from outside and are much better looking and functional than the old windows. The installers did a good job as well. We are very happy with our purchase and recommend Desert King.

I made a purchase for window replacement on Jan5th. Typical 50% down and the rest on install .  The lead time is 8-10 weeks. I'm now close to the lead time and reached out to the window company for an install update. I cant seem to contact them. Have a bad feeling that maybe they are not in business anymore.

Mark did a wonderful job replacing our patio doors.  He noticed a blemish in the first set and replaced the whole door with not much of a delay.   They are great to work with and we will be calling them for the next round of renovations.

Even though I chose to go another direction, it was not due to the sales person, David was pleasant and was available for my questions throughout the decision making process. I am giving them 5 stars for their customer service. I unfortunately preferred a different product. Their price was very competitive and fair. They even beat out Lowe's by 30-40%. I cannot comment on their work as I did not have it done but their sales team were exceptionally professional and responsive.

**EDIT**The owner followed up again. He sent his own techs out, not the warranty company, to fix the issues. It is great to see that kind of professionalism: acknowledge an issue and resolve it. I'd happily purchase from them in the future.  

We purchased 3 sliding doors from this company. The install had a warped door and they wanted to leave it like that. After many issues they turned us over to the warranty company. We have been dealing with problems for over 2 months and Imperial has just washed their hands of this issue.

If customer service is important to you, I would not recommend this comp

**EDIT** The owner came out today to look at the problem. He has a plan to fix it. Now that we are back dealing with Imperial and not the warranty companies, things seem to be moving much better!

Ended up going with a different company due to a lower quote, but let's hope it doesn't nip me in the bud. Anyways, DunRite would've been my second choice. The quote/estimate process was simple and quick, Jan, the consultant, was cordial and honest during the whole process. No frills, no pushy upsell tactics, just straight to the point to meet your needs. Major pro was that I was able to get a same-day estimate. I'd recommend everyone to at least get a quote from DunRite if you are in the market for new windows to be installed.

Dwayne was absolutely amazing. My glass door cracked over the weekend and he came out on Sunday the next day, boarded it up and removed the glass for no extra charge. He ordered my glass and a new screen door and had it installed within a week and a half. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. His prices are the best in the valley and he doesn't charge extra fees for removal.

They Guys just came out and Finished installing Mirrors across the wall being used for a Gym and Dance Studio as well as installing the Frame-less shower. We ordered the Rain Pattern as well as having the  EuroShield Treatment. They did a great Job. They were prompt, and cleaned up after their work.

I would highly recommend them.

The only issue, but I wouldn't call it that is the shower hooks did not arrive the same time as the other parts. They said will come back and install those once they come in. With all of the other positive installations, I'm sure they will be prompt on that as well.

We are inquiring for them to install  sliding glass doors as well since the great job they did for us today.

Wow this company is great! Great price, great quality and great service! My landscapers shattered my sliding glass back door at 730am... I had no clue where to begin to get it fixed. I called multiple companies with either no answer, or insanely high quotes, or days to wait before they could come out. Then my Cousin recommended I call Apodaca's. I called, they had someone out within the hour, quoted the best price and they said they could cut the glass and be back first thing in the morning to replace it. The guy even gave me tips on how to tape the shattered glass so it didn't fall all over my patio in the mean time. The next morning they arrived right on time, and had the glass fixed very quickly. Such a smooth process, the installation guy was the same as the one that came and did my quote, which was nice to work with the same person, no surprises! Overall Fabulous company! Highly recommend !

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Look no further for home glass repair! Seriously. This is the company you want. Tyrone came out the same day after providing a quote to replace a pane of glass in our front door. Very professional result! He definitely knows his craft and is extremely reasonable cost-wise. I would recommend Tyrone to anyone who needs this service!

I just finished my long shower remodel with the assistance of AZ Xtreme Glass. They did an outstanding job in fabricating and installing my beautiful frameless clear glass shower door and glass panel and I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and quality. This business was amazing to work with and they exceeded my expectations. They were on time to every appointment and finished the job on time. Bill and Chad came out to measure for the job and turned out to also be the installers. They were polite and helpful with options. They did a great job. I was nervous about getting rain gutters but not ready to face another monsoon season without them.  I wasn't sure they would match my house or if there was even a way to get the water to drain toward the street in stead of flooding my backyard. Paul came out and walked with me around my house. He listened to my concerns and gave me options along with his professional opinion on what would work the best. He even helped me select the perfect colors to match my two-toned home. ECS also has a wonderful office manager who calls to schedule appointments, remind of service dates, etc., and get this... if you call them they either answer the phone or if you leave a message they call back almost immediately.
My work was completed promptly and professionally. I do not think the new gutters detract from the look of my home in any way. For the 1st time since I bought my house 9 years ago I can stay with confidence let it rain!

Absolutely Fantastic,   The only company to deal with.  James was a complete professional, price was right and service was great. Up front and very honest people to work with

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Watch out! High pressure sales!

Got an estimate scheduled. Instead it turned into an hour and a half sales pitch. He didn't measure anything and just said everything was standard sized and came back with a really high price (which in his favor he did say he was going to charge double then any other Joe Shmoe) then said he could make a deal etc, etc. and then said we had to decide right then and there on going with this company. After an hour and a half of non stop talking, most of which, I didn't give a crap about because I was concerned with how much everything was going to be. THE BIGGEST WASTE OF MY TIME EVER.

When calling and looking for an estimate it means just that. I'm shopping around not looking to be swindled into some deal by some dude sitting inside my house at my kitchen table.

I refuse to do business with any company that makes their sales team pressure people into a sale that they're not even sure they can afford and then offering financing on top of it to make it seem affordable.

You may have decent reviews from everyone else you pressured into buying from you but that still doesn't make the way you practice business, right.

Good morning Jessica,

As you may know, we had a problem with the salesman you sent out on October 3rd. I believe his name was Richard. I called and verbally complained to a manager or owner about Richard. I was given the impression that it was no big concern to him. There was no offer of any way to resolve this issue. After that conversation, I felt that some future customers have no value to Window World. This leads me to believe my wife and I would not be valued if we became owners of your windows or what kind of customer service we would receive. Is this true?

The issue with Richard was the lack of respect for my wife. He would not acknowledge her presence while giving his presentation. His answers to my wife's questions were answered with sarcasm. She tried several times to be a part of the conversation, but he kept verbally talking down to her with short answers, if he answered her at all. Finally, she got upset and frustrated and left the room.

After that, I told him the presentation was over, and he had to leave.

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
